Piquer plusieurs fois\u00a0le fond \u00e0 la fourchette.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>D\u00e9tailler le potiron en cubes. Cuire les cubes 5 \u00e0 8 minutes. Retirer et \u00e9goutter. Passer au mixer, laisser refroidir. Incorporer les autres ingr\u00e9dients au fouet.
